  • Only list a property if YOU are the property owner (a prove of ownership will be required)
  • You agree to always being current with Windsor Hills HOA assessment fees, property taxes, insurance and hold a current Osceola County "hotel license." You are also registered with the State of Florida for sales tax and Osceola County for tourist taxes.
  • You must have a personal website for your property(no VRBO or similar) and a valid URL for 3 photos, incomplete subscription will not be approved
  • You can advertise only one property per account, if you own more than one property you must create one account for each one
  • You must put a link back at your site with the code that you will be provided
  • Encouraging guests to leave WHRent.com is not allowed (adding for example at the description, amenities or title the URL of your site, or a phone number)
  • Listing on windsorhillsrent that gives us the right to validate that listings are in current with assessments
  • Artificially inflating "hits in" are absolutely no allowed
  • Only one "hit in" per person per day is allowed, more than that is considered "cheating" and actions will be taken
  • No travel agents or management companies are allowed
  • Automatic email responders are NOT allowed
  • The enquiries that you get via windsorhillsrent.com are not to be passed on to other villa owners at any time
  • You are not allow to refer guests to a website that contain properties that are not in Windsor Hills Resort
  • All information provided on this site is "AS-IS"  without warranty of any kind.
  • Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on their listing.
  • Owners assume all the responsibility for the rights to photos provided to  windsorhillsrent.com
  • You agree to receive emails with    "GENERAL ENQUIRIES"  and specific requests for your home
  • Our enquiries are only for your Windsor Hills property, you cannot fill properties outside Windsor Hills Resort with them
  • We reserve the right to cancel any account at any time
  • We reserve the right to reject any application if in our opinion, that person or company violates any of our Terms or Conditions
  • windsorhillsrent.com CAN MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT OR TERMINATE THE SITE WITHOUT NOTICE.
  • windsorhillsrent.com is not liable for any damages.
  • The subscription is $175 per year, per property listed

    Notes: * if you dont know the URL of your pictures, try this is the procedure:

    Place your mouse arrow over the desired image and Right Click.  Select Properties.
    A box will appear showing the image properties.   Highlight the full image URL,
    then press Crtl plus C at the "same time."   This will Copy
    the text    . (You can also just Right Click over the highlighed text and select COPY.)

    Return to the form and click the URL to image text box.
    When you see the cursor flashing inside the form text box, press Ctrl plus V at the "same time.
    This will Paste the text into the field for you. (You can also Right Click in the text box and select Paste.)
